Over winter break, 18 E. J. Ourso College of Business students traded Baton Rouge for bustling night markets, high-speed trains, and cutting-edge tech hubs in Taiwan. From December 28, 2025, to January 9, 2026, they participated in Business in Taiwan, a program offered by LSU Study Abroad.

In this year's Sternberg Lecture at the LSU Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College, Roy Heidelberg explored how AI fits into centuries of institutional automation. The real question isn't whether machines can think, it's what happens when institutions are built to think like machines.

Working at the U.S. General Services Administration, Emmanuel Pressley saw firsthand how powerful financial knowledge can be while working at the intersection of business and public policy. After a decade away from school, he chose to continue his education with the online Master of Science in Finance from LSU. Through real-world instruction, supportive faculty, and dedicated Student Success Coaches, Emmanuel strengthened his skills he now uses both professionally and personally.
